Story

Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Me and a friend are doing a sponsored skydive to raise money for the Royal Marines Benevolent fund. Both Stacey and I have brothers serving with the Royal Marines and are extremely proud of them. Sitting at home sending Blueys and parcels just didn't seem enough. Anyone who knows me knows that I DO NOT fly, so the biggest challenge for me will be getting up there in the first place, the 'jumping out of a plane attached to a pretty coloured bedsheet' bit will be a doddle (!?!?!?!)

Every Royal Marine is someones son, brother, husband or dad and each and every one is a hero. The RMBF help the families of these brave men and we are jumping from a plane to help, all we ask of you is to donate from the comfort of your armchair!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

About the charity

The RMBF was formed to relieve need, distress or hardship suffered by any person who is serving, has served or is a dependant of a Royal Marine, irrespective of rank. It also provides immediately on the death of either a serving RM or a reservist on duty a sum of money for the next of kin to help them cope with any pressing financial matters.
