After running out of excuses I am running the Great North Run in September.  I have decided to run for CAFOD.  Over the last couple of years everyone has felt the pinch but CAFOD works with the worlds poorest poor and its so important we dont forget their daily struggle to survive.  I just cant imagine not having enough money to feed Martha and Gabriella and CAFOD works tirelessy with families where this is the reality.
