Last year, my good friend lost his 14 year old son Thomas Wall due to an undiagnosed heart condition.

In his memory, Clare and I will be running the Ipswich Half Marathon to raise much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation.  It is charities such as BHF that fund research into the diagnosis and cure of a huge variety of heart conditions, we are aiming to raise as much as we possibly can for this wonderful cause, so all donations no matter how small are very much appreciated!
