I'm running the Edinburgh Marathon on the 23rd May 2010 on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support. It's going to be my first ever marathon! Some of you already know that I do quite a bit of running but rest assured its never really been beyond 10 miles. Therefore I've certainly set myself a HUGE challenge.

Be that as it may, it's a challenge i am looking forward to thrive in, and cross that finish line with so much pride!!

More importantly, i am running the 26.2 miles to raise money for the "Big C" As i'm sure we have known or know either a member of family or friend who have unfortunately had Cancer. It excites me that the pain i will feel throughout the 5 hours, will be worth the possibility of helping someone beat the disease and making a full recovery or finding a cure!

So please donate, even just a small amount, so we can get that one step closer to beating this disease!!
