I am running the Cheltenham 10k on Saturday 3 October 2009. I was going to do this for fun, but I have decided instead that it would be much more worthwhile to do it for charity. 

I have chosen a charity called Myeloma UK. This charity helps and supports patients and families of sufferers who have a type of bone marrow/blood cancer. This charity are currently helping and supporting my Mum and step father Gerry, so I'd like to give something back and raise what I can for them.
