I have decided to do the Run to the Beat half marathon again this year (3rd time !) and this year will be running for Cancer Research.  I don't need to tell you the amazing work that they do - I do need to tell you, though, to give as much as possible for such a great cause !  My father died of cancer, so it is incredibly important to me.
