We start our Coast-to-Coast walk on Saturday 28th August. The walk is approximately 190 miles from St Bees Head in Cumbria to Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire and will take us just over two weeks.

We have long held a wish to undertake this walk, but would like to take the opportunity to raise some money for an appropriate cause in memory of a very close family friend - Ray Dellow.  Ray died recently of a brain tumour and we are dedicating the walk to Ray's memory.  We have therefore decided to raise money for Brain Tumour UK (Charity no. 1117538) and have set ourselves a target of £1000.
