I'm running the original Athens Marathon on November 12th 2023 to raise money for Mazí Housing Project.

Mazí ends the cycle of homelessness for the same young men we used to work with at FORGE. They also offer a livelihoods program to their residents which supports them to pursue their goals, navigate life in Greece, find their own accommodation and live independently.

I worked with Mazí at FORGE for 4 years and I truly believe in their project, their wonderful, hard-working team, and the difference they continue make in the lives of people seeking refuge in Greece. Many of our visitors were housed by their project and we collaborated closely with their team in many ways, from fundraising to legal support.

Those of you who know me well will know that I have never been particularly sporty, that I discovered the joy of running pretty recently!! So running a marathon is a massive feat for me and I really hope that you will help me to support this fantastic project the same way you supported FORGE!
