As many of you know for some absurd reason I have decided to run the London marathon in April. You can see from my picture that im not too excited about it. Its probably complete insanity but I am determined to cross the finish line in some way or another.

It would be absolutely brilliant if you could donate as much as you can. I am running for Shelter who are a fantastic charity so please please please help.

Thanks again and by all means come and watch me suffer trying to run 26 miles...it might be rather funny.
