<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>

<p>This page has been set up Jim, Lua Rajan's Dad. Lua had treatment at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Kingston Hospital when she was diagnosed with Wilm's Tumour in August 2010, a form of cancer affecting the kidneys. We as a family have felt so well cared for, protected and supported by these two hospitals that we feel it's very important to give something back and so I'm starting my fund raising efforts for Great Ormond Street and for Momentum (Cancer support charity associated with Kingston Hospital) by doing the London to Brighton Bike ride. It's 56 miles. Lua and I would be so grateful if you could spend a moment to donate some money to our cause. </p>

<p>Momentum are trying to setup a special fun room to treat children on chemotherapy at Kingston hospital and so I'd like half of all donations will go to them. Great Ormond Street is an organisation which needs money to help keep it as one of the best children's hospitals in the world. We are indebted to both for the care they gave Lua through an incredibly difficult time in the life of our family.</p>

<p>Lua is now 2 years old and doing well. She is still not completely 'cured' but well on the way, and her chemotherapy finished in January. It is amazing how well she has coped with her treatment. I feel so strongly that anything I can do to help those who have helped us, I will do.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Please, please donate what you can so that other children will have the opportunity to have the fantastic level of care that Lua has had. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Because I can't combine two charities on one JustGiving Page, please take the time to donate to both, as both are in equal need.</p>
