On 5 September 2010 I will be attempting to run, yes RUN, 5k in aid of the RSPCA - a charity close to my heart.  The money raised will go specifically to the South East Region of the RSPCA.  The RSPCA rescue, rehome and rehabilitate millions of animals each year and couldn't do this fantastic work without the public support.  The RSPCA are also continually campaigning, often visiting parliament! - this is one of the most (if not THE most) worthwhile charities so please, please, please give generously!
