I am going to run the Great South Run in October. it's only 10miles but to me that's quite a trek !

I chose to do the run not only as a challenge for myself but also as a way to raise money for a charity that supported people affected by Cancer, I decided to speak to someone very close to me & ask they recommend a charity after they had been through the ordeal of having cancer, they mentioned Wallace Cancer Care, it  provides high quality information and practical, psychological and emotional support to those affected by cancer. The work they do is amazing & offered personal support to my sister when she needed it most, it really does help so many people in such a tough time in their life.... Please donate what you can.....
