As you are probably aware for the last few months I have been battling a non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Things have progressed really well and I am very keen to raise some money to support the fantastic work everyone does at the LINC Units at both Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucester Royal Hospital.  Fortunately I have manage to collar a few family and friends to join me on the 3 Counties Cycle Ride organised by the LINC on Sunday 13th June.  If anyone else wants to join us, just  let me know as you can even enter on the day.  Its 32km/20mile and starts at Tewkesbury Rugby Club with a 9am start and goes through three of the counties which the charity covers.  (Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire).
