We offer vital end of life care and support to local people when they need it most.

Story

In October 2007, a great friend and colleague, Mike Fogden (Foggy) passed away after a brave fight against cancer. On the 16th May 2010, I will be taking part in the Dougie Mac 50 mile bike ride (in Foggy's memory) to help raise funds along with many other volunteers for Dougie Mac. I have taken part in a few events before for them and had great support from friends and family. This is the most challenging event that I have done so far and would like to raise at least £500 (originally £250, but due to to the fantastic support, why not aim higher!?!).

I understand that with the recession money is tight, charities are continually asking for money, and you may have sponsored someone already for this or other events - so don't feel pressured into giving, but if you are able to donate by sponsoring me in this event I would be very grateful. Also please feel free to forward this to friends and family.

A BIG THANK YOU in advance .... John
