I am going to be cycling from John O Groats to Lands End in 8 days from the 21st August until 28th August. The total distance is 874 miles which is an average of 109 miles per day! Yes i know completely mad!! This year i trained hard for the ETAPE Caledonia in Pitlochry so i thought while i am fit i would like another challenge!! Choosing a good charity was really important to me so i chose Spoon Challenges www.spoonchallenges.com who support a very good cause to help disadvantaged children and also organise the whole trip.

"To enhance the quality and prospect of life for children and young people in the United Kingdom and Ireland who are disadvantaged physically, mentally or socially".

 

I feel strongly that all the costs of the trip are covered by me so that means you know if you choose to kindly sponsor me that your money is going straight to the charity. The costs are £672, of which £400 is covered by the registration fee which i have already paid and the rest i will add as a donation on my Just Giving page.
