For some mad reason, I have signed up to run the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 23rd May. If you’re thinking what I’m thinking, then yes, this is a ridiculous idea and the chances of me getting to the finish line in one piece are as slim as my new found waistline!!!

Although I’m struggling to curb the excitement at the prospect of the pain that comes with running 26.2 miles, the real reason I’m taking on this challenge, is to raise as much money as I can for the Prostate Cancer Charity. The guys at this charity undertake some extraordinary work and research into Prostate Cancer and by sponsoring me your donation will truly make a difference.
