We all get old - if we are lucky! Staying active, with a positive attitude, should contribute to more enjoyable “senior” years.

Sharing activities with different i.e. younger generations cultivates that positive “why not” approach - thus the reason for three generations of the Brodericks taking on this challenge of walking, barefoot, along a 12 foot fire bed burning at over 600°C.

Our target is to raise £350 by the 24th October.
