I'll be attempting 'The Castles Challenge' triathlon on 6th June at Bamburgh Castle Northumberland.  This involves a 1.5km sea swim at Bamburgh Castle, a 40km bike to Alwnick Castle and a 10km run in the grounds of Alnwick Castle. This is one of the Uk's toughest triathlons. I've been taking part in triathlons for a year now but this a longer distance for me a real test!
 I'm looking to raise money for Cruse Bereavment Care, they provide free counselling to anyone who has suffered a bereavment, they've given me a huge amount of support and I can't thank them enough for their help and guidance. I'd like to give something back so please help me raise as much as possible to support this charity.
