It's that time of the year again when I need you all to dig deep into your pockets for this worthwhile cause.

 

On the weekend of Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th July 2010 , I shall be completing (hopefully) the Coast to Coast Challenge from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Sunderland. This is 140 miles in distance and 2600 metres of climbing over the "roof of England". The challenge is normally done over 3 or  days so to undertake this ride over TWO days is a feat in itself.
