First of all many, many thanks to everyone who has donated to KTCT on this site.  You have all been extremely generous and your donations have gone directly to the very good local causes supported by KTCT.  Please have a look at their website if you have not already had a chance to do so.

And a personal thank you for the motivation this has given me, which was particularly needed between kms 6 and 7 when Suzy's rather fast pace was taking its toll on me.  We both achieved our goal of finishing in under an hour: I managed 57 minutes 20 seconds and Suzy was 33 seconds ahead of me.  Oh well - she is younger, lighter, fitter etc...
