Event: GOSHCC - Michael Page Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, on 12 June 2010
We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

I am part of a team from Michael Page which on 12th June this year is looking to conquer the .  I'm fairly certain the picture on this page doesn't show any of the three peaks...  I hope...

Anyway, I will be supporting our charity partner of the year, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC).  was founded in 1852 and is one of the world’s leading Children’s hospitals. It receives more than 200,000 patient visits every year from children all over the world. For many of the children treated at the hospital it’s their last hope.

GOSHCC faces a mountainous task of raising £50million every year to support this vital work. Michael Page is looking to do its bit and provide enough funds for a new adolescent’s recreation room.

I’ve got another peak to climb – my fundraising target.  Beyond that lies the challenge itself - the – Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough.  An arduous 25 mile hike that takes in 5000 feet of climbing – and all in under 12 hours.  Our Michael Page team will raise a minimum of £30,000.

Thanks in advance for generously supporting our efforts in aid of GOSHCC and all the children these funds will go on to help.
