Can you believe I am dragging this body 10km!  As I am running for the Scarborough,Whitby and Ryedale Alzheimers Society it is well worth it. I am hoping to get round in 70 minutes or better. Ed, my colleague at Winn & Co is going to do it in 45 minutes and get the inhalers etc ready for me as I hopefully crawl over the line.

As you know my mum is now 82 and suffers from severe vascular dementia and a son that constantly irritates her but loves her to bits and ensures she receives the best care. There are many people and carers out there who are less fortunate and need our help in this ever increasing problem in society.
