On the 13th December, I will be participating in a short 5km run around Kensington gardens in aid of  Help the Hospices charity.

Your money will be donated to London hospices that give immeasurable support to terminally ill people and their families.

As it is a bit chilly this time of year, the theme dress is Mr and Mrs Santa.
