Hello!

So as you may be aware I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon! This is in support of the fantastic Beating Bowel Cancer charity. 

Contributing to my target would be a massive help for me. Anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated and I hereby promise you a beer as thanks in return :)
