Hi its getting close to that time of year again when I will be running through the streets of Newcastle hopefully at a faster pace than last year. Now well on with the training and I hope you can sponsor me for the run, its for a great cause. Your contributions can help to make the lives of people with learning difficulties so much better. Update: 14/09/10 - Hopefully done enough training for the event, completed another 8 miles yesterday felt ok..... 

Update: 20/09/10 - Finished the event in 1hour 51 mins 55 seconds. A bit sore today but back training later this week for the Hellrun in Delamere Forest on 7th November 2010, this involves the small matter of 12 miles fell run!! Let you know how I am getting on nearer the time
