As you will be aware I am cycling between London and Paris in the early summer to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust. I will be putting myself through physical and emotion trauma not only during the 4 days I’ll spend cycling the ridiculously long 300 mile journey but also my training leading up to the event.

To give you an added incentive to help me support this charity I'll ensure I give you all regular updates on my progress and the amusing anecdotes of my training sessions...watch out for London to Brighten trip next month!!!

the Anthony Nolan trust is dedicated to helping those who suffer from leukemia and connects one person, whose immune system needs a boost – with another person, who is prepared to share a little of theirs. In essence it is about matching patients who need bone marrow with donors. It is an organisation I took an interest in during my time at university when I registered to become a donor, To be able to help someone build up their immune system again to fight such a horrible illness is something I feel very strongly about.
