I have been inspired by the consumption of too much alcohol one night to attempt to conquer the Great North Run in September this year

To help motivate me to the finishing line I am hoping to raise £2K for the NSPCC charity

I was inspired to raise funds for the charity after recently becoming a father myself and becoming exposed to all the great feelings that fatherhood brings.

I realise that my family are one of the lucky ones where we are able to support our child and give them a great start to their journey in life.

However.....There are thousands of kids within the U.K. that do not have that opportunity.....Many do not even have a family.....many just want to be loved.

Please can I ask you to dig deep in your pockets for such an inspirational charity to help towards making life changing opportunities to such deserving children across the UK.

Every child deserves a great start to life!!
