Story
On Sunday 27th June, I'm going to cycle 60 miles from London to Brighton on the Capital-to-Coast Cycle Challenge.
I'm doing it to raise money for a group of charities - Norwood, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, the Downs Syndrome Association, Have a Heart and Bliss. To make sure I go through with it, I've set myself a target of £1,000 and I'd like you to help me to meet it.
What these charities all have in common is that they are dedicated to directly helping relieve suffering. For example, Norwood helps both children and adults to cope with learning disabilities, Have a Heart's aim is to make terminally ill children smile, and Bliss provides vital support and care to premature and sick babies. These are all wonderful causes which deserve our support.
So please dig deep and sponsor me!
Thanks so much! Both from me and from the many people who benefit from the work these amazing charities do.
With best wishes
Jonny
