I am running the Great North Run in Newcastle on Sunday 19th September and as the date fast approaches my training continues in earnest.

I am taking part in the Great North Run to raise funds for the Family Holiday Association, the official charity of TUI Travel, and the monies raised will go towards helping disadvantaged children and families take a short holiday - something that most people take for granted.   See http://www.fhaonline.org.uk/ for information on the charity and its work.
