In October this year, a few good friends and myself are taking on the challenge of climbing Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas Mountains in North Africa, in order to raise some money in memory of my lovely dad, Rod. It promises to be a real challenge!
Dad bravely managed his chronically painful condition, ankylosing spondylitis, over many many years and was involved with NASS, giving and receiving support through the clinics and hydrotherapy sessions and having the opportunity to talk it through with fellow sufferers.
All monies raised will go directly to NASS Newport Branch and we, and I know they, really appreciate your support.
