As you know I have decided to run the Benidorm half marathon this November in Spain.

For those who know me well, you will be aware that I enrol for quite a number of races but despite my best intentions at the time, don't quite manage to put in enough training to actually get on the start line !!

But this time is different !! I have been training madly (it's even stopped me working at times !) and so am definitely going to get on the start line - unless an injury prevents me and I very much hope I can get round all 13.1 miles, with a smile on my face, to the finish line too !

So, given this determination to get this far, I really hope you will dig deep and support me by sponsoring my efforts to complete the race. I am running for the Parkinsons Disease Society - a cause close to my heart given my lovely sister in laws early diagnosis of it, and would ask that you donate through Just Giving.
