Welcome to the Just giving page for the Nene Way Walk.

We're raising money for Cancer Research UK by doing a 110 mile walk along the whole of the Nene Way in 5 days. This will be from Badby in Northamptonshire to Sutton Bridge in Lincolnshire, camping along the way. We are setting off on Saturday 31st July and will finish (hopefully!!) on Wednesday 4th August.

The whole thing started as an idea for a walking holiday. We then realised that we could raise some money for a charity that means a lot to us. Josh's father passed away from a rare form of cancer in February 2009 and Kate's friend, Spud, passed away in May 2010. So we decided to raise money for Cancer Reasearch UK and dedicate the walk to them.

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. Their groundbreaking work has saved millions of lives. But there's still a long way to go. So dig deep and send a donation and together we can really make a difference.
