Our page is dedicated to our beautiful baby girl, Esmee Grace.

Esmee was born, and she died on the 12th February 2005.  She is in our thoughts and hearts everyday. 

We want to raise awareness of this tragic condition so that no one else has to endure the pain that we have gone through.

We will always ask the same question, Why us?
