I'm Jules Berry, and in April 2014 I will be running the London Marathon in support of Refuge as part of Running4Refuge!

Every penny that you donate to my justgiving site will go straight to helping victims of domestic abuse who have found themselves in the most chronic circumstances.

Over 100,000 people current live in circumstances of the highest category of risk - the risk of serious physical harm or death - at the hands of a domestic partner or close member of their immediate family.

One in four women and one in six men are expected to experience domestic abuse in the course of their life time - your donation means that someone will be there to help them with safe accomodation in their darkest hour of need.
