For all you that know me and all that don't....one thing about myself .... id much rather swap a session in the gym for a night of partying my ass off whilst drinking wayyyy toooo much tequilla.
I have commited my self to doing ONE BIG TRIATHLON!(swim,500 metres, cycle 12 miles and run3 miles) for Caudwell childrens charity at the end of Nov (i have had to prospone the date due to chest infection:( ), as you all may agree i may have lost my mind and belive me everytime i think of it i question my sanity lol!!!
I need to raise £1000 by the end of Oct... and i need your help to do that... a little info of the charity im doing it for and i think you'll agree that its an amazing thing that this charity is offering  termanally ill children.

Caudwell Children’s Destination Dreams Programme is raising money to send 25 children fighting life threatening illnesses on a holiday of a lifetime.
 
I am raising funds to help a family create lasting memories in DisneyWorld away from painful treatments and relentless hospital appointments.  The family receive medical and emotional support they need to be able to travel.  Help me raise funds to change these families lives.
