I'm walking Snowden on the 7th August 2010, for the Love, Hope, Strength foundation. This is a cancer awareness organisation charity to create funding and awareness for cancer both locally and globally. At one time or other during our lives we've all been affected with different forms of cancer and what it can do to our loved ones, and also the effect it leaves on us and our lives. By walking Snowden and getting donations from u my lovely friends and family, if what i raise can help one life it will be an achievement. A little more information on how the monies raised are used are for cancer centres, support and hospices, LHS also funds equipment at hospitals, which help with the diagnos and treatment of cancer, funding for world class cancer research, which allows development in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer, and also work to improve and make a positive difference to lives of people affected by cancer.
