In August, I'm aiming to cycle the 1000 miles between Lands End to John O'Groats in 12 days. I'll be raising be money for the "Maypole Project" which is a charity based in South East London which provides a lifeline of support for children with complex medical needs and their families. I'm covering all my own costs, so all the money you donate will go directly to the charity. Any donation, whatever the size will make a huge difference to the Maypole Project.

So please dig deep and donate now....it's a very long way and my bike doesn't have a motor. Any cycling tips would also be gratefully received!
