I completed the challenge today (Friday 24th Sep 2010) - 26 miles in 1hr 55min.

26 miles the distance of the London Marathon but in the gym.  I'll be using a hand cycle / krank cycle to cover the distance and hope to do it in one day ... fingers crossed! The official dates set by ASPIRE are 13th - 26th Sep 2010.

As someone who has worked for ASPIRE and a wheelchair user myself I know that every pound raised will make a difference for those with a spinal cord injury.  Help me make a difference...

This will be a challenge for me, I had major spinal surgery in the summer of 2008 and am now the proud owner of 3 metal rods and fair few screws and hooks.  X-rays available on request ;-)
