It encourages me to know that there are people who believe in making a difference to the lives of children in need. I believe that issues like domestic violence are not given enough importance, but scar children for life.  Similarly child labour has spoilt the future of millions of children across the globe and though there are many initiatives to stop it, a lot needs to be done. 

In 2010, Kantar established the Brighter Futures employee fundraising programme for Unicef across all of its operating brands. Since then, Kantar employees have been helping Unicef directly support more than 80,000 children in Bangladesh, Bolivia and Malawi by protecting them from violence, exploitation and abuse. In Mauritania, Kantar also contributes to Unicef’s goal of eliminating pneumonia and diarrhoea by 2025 through the Global Action Plan for Pneumonia and Diarrhoea.

I have become a part of this program to be able to bring people together to make a change in the life of as many children that we are able to help through this initiative. 

I am also trying to do activities within my city that will help in fundraising and also make people aware of these causes, which indirectly will help in eradicating these even in my country.
