On the 5th June 2020 our lives changed forever when our beautiful  little sister Lisa died by suicide.

To honour her memory & to do our best to raise funds for our local charity we will be running/strolling/walking 10K at sunrise on the 5th June  in memory of our beautiful sister Lisa. 

We will be remembering every loved one lost to suicide and their families. 

We hope to raise awareness of the complexities of suicide bereavement and to support our local charity Lighthouse who have helped us so much. We hope to raise awareness of the support that is available to everyone. 

From darkness into light.
