As you know, I am a proud Board member and supporter of Pace Center for Girls Broward. Pace provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy. As we find ourselves in ever more difficult and pivotal times, Pace has been working hard to continue to provide services to our community's most vulnerable - our girls. With the pandemic timeline stretching on and social unrest rising, many girls and their families are struggling. Now more than ever, Pace's holistic case management and wrap-around services are indeed essential to ensure that girls in our community have access to their academic and therapeutic benefits.
