As you know it is my 40th Birthday and I would be very grateful if my friends and family could make a donation to the Get A Head Charitable Trust and/or to Birmingham's St Mary's Hospice in lieu of any birthday presents.

The Get Ahead Charitable Trust raises money to help fight head and neck diseases especially cancer. They are an independent charity based at the The QE Hospital in Birmingham and were a source of much support for our dear friend Charlotte who recently beat Thyroid cancer. 

St Mary's Hospice looked after our lovely and much missed friend Harry and they do so much for all the familes and friends of patients who pass through their doors as well.

Both charities are equally important to Andrew and many of our friends and we would ask you to support them with what you can.
