Story

October is Cerebral Palsy awareness month and Cerebral Palsy Cymru are this month promoting their fundraising initiative "The 7 Challenge"

What is the relevance of the number 7 you might ask? Watch this short video http://bit.ly/7ChallengeVideo or visit https://bit.ly/The7Challenge to find out more.

With the help of some of my fellow ZIN's (instructors) I am going to host and complete 7 hours of online Zumba!  I won't be teaching for 7 hours but I will be taking part for the entire 7 hours.

Cerebral Palsy Cymru have a mission to improve the quality of life of all children in Wales living with cerebral palsy.  They provide support to families and offer specialist therapy using physiotherapists, occupational and speech and language therapists, working together with each individual child to ensure they benefit from their combined expertise.

All children with cerebral palsy have problems with movement as the main difficulty.  Ordinary activities most of us take for granted daily can therefore be difficult.  Every baby with cerebral palsy is unique with their own particular strengths and challenges.

I think we should all be given the same opportunities in life and would really love you to all support a wonderful charity trying to make a difference.
