Story
Cancer needs beating and on 24 May 2018 I will no doubt take some beatings to the face to support the cause by taking part in a boxing match for charity.
Against Breast Cancer funds research into secondary spread; the main cause of death from breast cancer with a view to improving detection, treatment and an increase of survival after diagnosis.
Having boxed once before, I know how physically and mentally tough it is - even just walking out and getting in the ring, let alone the fight itself. After a lot of blood, sweat, tears and a black eye along the way, I thought I would push myself one more time to get in the ring in order to raise money for a charity which is really close to my heart. So, on Thursday 24 May 2018 at the Clapham Grand I will face 3 x 2 minute rounds. I am lucky enough to have met and be training with some amazing ladies, and all of us will give it absolutely everything on the night.
It will be a fantastic evening and ticket details are below should anyone like to come (alternatively I have hard copy tickets). Otherwise, any donations to the cause would be so hugely appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my page and thank you for any support.
