Since being diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago I have been given a bit of a kick up the backside and lost 3 and a half stone.  I have now plateau'd and been given a strict diet and exercise regime by my dietician who assures me that I can lose at least another 3 stone in a year if I stick to it! As I am my office fundraiser for our company charity, I thought I could kill two birds with one stone (excuse the pun) and 'raise some £s by losing some lbs' so please help by giving whatever you can and 'help Kate's (loss of) weight build some Foundations!!!

Hi folks

Just to let you know that I have had my first dietician appointment today (4 weeks to the day since I started this new regime) and I have lost 12.5 lbs, so almost a third of the way there in just the first month. Thank you everyone who has or will be donating-it's the support that helps the most for me and the people who really need the donations!
