Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Mind are an amazing charity, providing support to thousands of people every year, both at time of crisis and to support good mental health day to day.
I want to support their work, as well as benefit from the positive impact of regular exercise on my own mental health (!), by taking on this challenge: to run EVERY SINGLE DAY in January and to then complete the Kingston 10k on 28 February 2016.
Fitting the running in around a full time job and wrangling ratbags will be tricky, and the furthest I have run before is 5k. Your donations will help provide motivation and, of course, will mean that more people get the support they need, when they need it.
I'll update daily in January on Facebook and from time to time here, so you can see that I am doing it!
