I sail as volunteer crew with Challenge Wales (which is a joy and a privilege) and love being able to introduce young people to the world of sailing and seeing them rise to the challenges, to build in confidence and self belief.  This small charity run by the most dedicated couple, Andy & Vicky, has a big heart and makes a big difference to the lives of young people.  You can find out more on their website: https://challengewales.org/
