In January 2009 Mum was diagnosed with a condition called PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy).

It's an often mis-diagnosed and little understood condition for which, at present, there is no cure.

As it's name suggests it is a progressive disease, that cruelly leaves sufferers totally dependent on others for even the most basic functions.

The PSP association funds research and provides invaluable support for both sufferers and their carers. They are a small charity and do the most fantastic work so please spare what you can to help.
