From mightnight of the 17th of August, until Midnight of the 12th of September (4 weeks from Monday start to Saturday end) I will not touch a drop of alcohol - this includes several social events, a handful of birthdays, post-football match bevvies, posh-meal wines and even cocktails by the pool. As some people who visit this page will know, I am the person who is there at the end of the night - I'm usually down for shots - and I love a craft beer, however I am going to stick to lemonades and orange juices for a whole month! Some people may find this easy, but I really am a social drinker so this will be an entertaining endeavour!

Blue Dragon is a phenomenal charity, their work with vulnerable children and families in poverty is invaluable, and the rescues of trafficked people are unbelievable. Without their hard work many people would not be here today, so dig deep and donate 💙
