On the 16th January 2021 our beloved Dad, Father-in-law, Grandad & Great-Grandad passed away at North Middlesex Hospital.

The family wish to extend their thanks and gratitude to all the wonderful NHS staff who cared so diligently and compassionately for John, when his loved ones were unfortunately unable to do so due to the Covid-19 restrictions, they ensured that his passing was peaceful and dignified. For this we will always be eternally grateful.

The Conyard family would like to demonstrate our appreciation by supporting this great cause.

John's funeral which will be invitation only due to the current restrictions is to be held on Friday 5th February at Enfield Crematorium.

North Mid Charity raises funds to benefit our staff, patients and local community in North London. Our work enhances the experience of our patients and provides support across the hospital to all our staff. As an NHS charity we fund items, projects and work that our NHS budget can't cover, by raising funds we can offer our patients the highest standards of care in the best possible surroundings.
